We do our best to get your items out as soon as possible. Normally within two days. However on occasions, we will take longer due to the nature of the product. Such as if an item is made instore, such as resin or stamped jewellery. Normaly this is written in the decription of the item. If a delay is expected and the item does not have this listed in the description we will inform you via email or text as to the expected delay time and give you options in regards to this delay.
Missing items. Please inform us within 7days of any missing items or problems with items- leakage/damage. We will attempt to rectify any problems ASAP. In the case of leakage or damage, an image of the problem sent via text or email is required. (See Contact details below)
You may return most new, unopened/used items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
WE WILL NOT REFUND PERSONNALISED ITEMS. We have never had this problem as people love our products. But just incase...sorry we cannot refund personnalised jewellery.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the type of shipping you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. Ocassionally an item may be listed with a weight that is higher due to the nature of the product, ie breakable or due to the size/shape of the item. We try to have accurate postage at checkout. However on rare occasions, the postage is incorrect. If you are concerned with the automated calculation, then please contact us, via email, text or phone.
For international orders, please email us in regards to the items you would like to order and we will work out the postage for you. ALL international order are required to pay via PAYPAL.
